Agenda : Ensuring the rights and supporting small-range trade business in world trade economic activities and support
BEGINNER COMMITTEE
GENERAL ASSEMBLY (GA) SCALE COMMITTEE
Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs) are important contributors to economic development, globally representing an essential portion of businesses... Despite the support from the global market, the participation of SMEs in the international trade market has remained limited for various reasons. These include a lack of relevant skills, a lack of knowledge about international markets, non-tariff barriers, and limited access to trade finance. The challenges encountered by SMEs result in them hindering their investment overseas. These challenges have remained in the spotlight for recent decades. Both regional and international difficulties need to be analysed when seeking possible solutions, as the SMEs target the regional market mostly.
CHAIR REPORT AVAILABLE SOON.
