Agenda : Implementing green areas in over-developed country to secure global biodiversity
As urbanization and industrialization continue to expand rapidly, the loss of natural habitats poses a significant threat to global biodiversity. Overdeveloped countries, characterized by high population densities and extensive infrastructure, have increasingly depleted their green spaces, leading to severe ecological consequences. The need for sustainable urban planning and environmental conservation has never been more urgent... This agenda focuses on the critical role of implementing green areas in overdeveloped regions as a means of preserving biodiversity. Green spaces, including parks, urban forests, and vertical gardens, serve as essential refuges for wildlife, enhance ecosystem services, and contribute to climate resilience. By integrating green areas within urban landscapes, we can mitigate the effects of habitat destruction, air pollution, and climate change while fostering a healthier environment for both humans and wildlife.
